Exchanges

We understand that buying clothes online can be tricky. That’s why we’ve done our best to ensure our sizing charts and product images are as accurate and detailed as possible.

However, if for any reason you'd like to exchange the product you purchased for another size, style, or any other listed product, we’re happy to help—provided you notify us within 10 days of receiving your order by emailing us at support@superlooper.co.

Requirements for Exchange:

The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
It must be returned in the original packaging along with the invoice and any included documents.

We will organize a reverse pickup within 5 days of receiving your email.

Once we receive the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement within 7 to 10 working days. You will receive SMS updates from our logistics partner regarding the shipping status.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. That’s why every product is eligible for return.

If you would like to return your product, please note that our return/refund policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund beyond this time frame.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be sent back in original packaging along with the invoice or any accompanying documents.
We kindly request that you include a small slip mentioning the reason for the return along with the apparel.

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
